Statutes

In order to have a reference legal framework, the Consorci de l'Estany drafted its statutes, which contain, among other aspects, the objectives and the missions of this institution, its governing and management organs, its operation and its economic and financial system.

They were approved by the town councils of Banyoles and Porqueres by means of plenary agreements taken on April 14, 2004, and by the County Council of Girona on April 17, 2004; and published in the BOP [Official Gazette] of Girona on April 21, 2004.
